The bespoke handle was designed specifically for the Largo Hotel in Porto. 'We wanted a soft, clear geometry and sense of shape that caters the historic offset in the building mass origin. Slightly curvy and organic, consciously dimensioned to settle comfortably into the hand with a sense of sturdy authority; the handle needed to be proportionately trustworthy as the opening device for the rather large scaled heavy entry doors. Having been long time users of izé handles and in great admiration of their sense of detail, craft and quality , we immediately found it natural to reach out to izé to seek corporation on this item. We are really proud and pleased of the result.'
