After distinguished periods at Foster and Partners and Hamilton Associates, Robin Partington founded his own practice in 2009. The practice is the masterplanner behind Merchant Square in London and is building the slender tower at 1 Merchant Square. It has also produced major masterplans for Shepherds Bush Market and Swindon. Partington is also a trained silversmith and his design for a suite of handles clearly reveals his subtle and sophisticated feel for the material and the craft of metalwork.
